NINE POINT ONE L.L.C-FZ
Effective Date: 01.01.2026 · Last Updated: 01.01.2026
NINE POINT ONE L.L.C-FZ ("Nine Point One," "we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in a free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We create, operate, and grow ventures across mobile applications and digital brands, and we provide digital agency services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at ninepointone.com (the "Site"), our mobile applications (each an "App"), or otherwise interact with us. This Policy is written to satisfy Apple App Store review requirements and applies to all Apps published under Nine Point One or its brands.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Site, Apps, or Services.
1. Scope: Our Website vs. Our Apps
We want to be clear that our website and our Apps collect very different amounts of information:
- Our website (ninepointone.com) does not automatically collect any personal information about visitors. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on the website, and we do not require you to create an account or submit any information simply to browse it. The only way we receive personal information through the website is if you voluntarily email us (e.g., at hello@ninepointone.com), in which case we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email (such as your name, email address, and message content).
- Our mobile Apps may collect additional information as described in Section 2 below, because they involve accounts, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising — this is separate from, and unrelated to, your use of the website.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Through the Website
- Only information you choose to send us directly by email (e.g., your name, email address, and the contents of your message). We do not collect any information automatically from website visitors.
2.2 Through Our Apps
Information you provide directly:
- Account information if an App requires account creation (e.g., email address, username).
- Payment-related information processed through the Apple App Store or our subscription analytics processor (we do not directly store full payment card numbers).
- Any information you voluntarily submit through in-app support requests, surveys, or feedback forms.
Information collected automatically:
- Device information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and mobile network information.
- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session length, in-app actions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
- Subscription and purchase data: trial status, subscription tier, renewal status, and transaction history, processed via Apple's In-App Purchase system and our subscription analytics provider.
- Advertising identifiers: if you consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we and our advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and similar identifiers to measure and deliver advertising.
- Location information: only if a specific App feature requires it and you have granted permission; we do not collect precise location data unless explicitly disclosed within that App.
Information from third parties:
- Apple (App Store purchase and subscription events, ATT consent status).
- Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads, when you interact with our advertisements or install an App through a campaign link. These partners may share aggregated or pseudonymous performance data (e.g., ad clicks, installs, conversion events) with us.
- Our subscription management and analytics platform, which processes purchase and entitlement data on our behalf.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to emails and inquiries sent to us through the website.
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and Services.
- Process subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellations.
- Personalize content and improve features, performance, and user experience within our Apps.
- Measure and optimize advertising campaigns run through Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit, including attributing installs and conversions to specific campaigns.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money. Where applicable law (such as the CCPA) defines certain advertising-related data sharing as a "sale" or "share," you can exercise the choices described in Section 8.
4. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency
Some of our Apps are promoted through advertising delivered via Meta, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, and Reddit ad networks.
- On iOS, where an App accesses the IDFA or otherwise tracks you across other companies' apps or websites, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before doing so. You may decline or later change this permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- If you decline tracking permission, we and our partners will not use the IDFA to track you, though we may still use non-tracking, aggregated analytics to understand overall App performance.
- Our advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit for details on how they process advertising data.
- Our website does not use advertising trackers or cookies of any kind.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, subscription analytics, customer support tools, and analytics providers, under confidentiality and data processing obligations.
- Advertising partners (Meta, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Reddit) for campaign measurement and attribution within Apps, subject to your ATT choices.
- Apple, as required to process App Store purchases and deliver App functionality.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not knowingly share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiries, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subscription and transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes under UAE law or the laws of the applicable free zone authority.
7. International Data Transfers
Nine Point One is based in a Dubai free zone, and our Services may be used globally. Information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United Arab Emirates or other countries where we or our service providers (including cloud hosting, analytics, and advertising partners) operate. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including for direct marketing or advertising purposes.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (e.g., ATT tracking permission).
- Opt out of certain advertising-related data sharing (e.g., via device-level settings or by declining ATT).
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable (e.g., under GDPR for EEA/UK residents, or CCPA/CPRA for California residents).
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also request deletion of your App account and associated data at any time by emailing us; we will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe as required by Apple's App Store guidelines.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Apps and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
13. Changes to This Policy
