These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by NINE POINT ONE L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in a free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Nine Point One," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Nine Point One creates, operates, and grows ventures across mobile applications and digital brands, including apps distributed through the Apple App Store, and provides digital agency services. Specific features, functionality, and pricing for individual Apps or Services are described within each respective App or offering.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1 Subscriptions. Some Apps offer subscription plans (e.g., weekly or annual), which may include a free trial period as disclosed at the point of purchase.
4.2 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in accordance with Apple's platform policies.
4.3 Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, payment will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.4 Billing Through the App Store. All purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple (App Store), and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Nine Point One does not directly process or store your payment card details.
4.5 Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies; Nine Point One does not independently guarantee refunds.
4.6 Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance as required by applicable App Store policies and law, and will apply to future billing cycles.

All content, features, trademarks, logos, App designs, and underlying technology associated with the Services are owned by Nine Point One or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
If any Service allows you to submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, support messages), you grant Nine Point One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including Apple, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, for advertising, analytics, or distribution purposes. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, over which we have no control and for which we assume no responsibility.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NINE POINT ONE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nine Point One and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Services and, where applicable, cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the relevant free zone jurisdiction in which Nine Point One is registered, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration centers designated by the applicable free zone authority, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
